FOOD QUALITY MONITORING

The subject is delivered during year IV of full time and extramural course of studies in Knowledge of Commodities.

The course is delivered by a number of units from the Faculty of Food Sciences and Faculty of Veterinary Medicine.

The subjects concerning “Consumer health protection” are delivered by employees of the Department of Veterinary Public Health.
