The polyclinic provides diagnostics, treatment and prevention services for farm animals and horses.

 

The scope of services includes:

- diagnostics of diseases of farm animals and horses

- gynecological examination, ultrasound examination and reproduction of cattle and horses

- specific immunoprophylaxis of infectious diseases of farm animals and horses

- diagnosis and treatment of parasitic diseases

- therapy of diseases of farm animals and horses

- surgical procedures and operations that can be performed in the field

- conducting a comprehensive medical and veterinary care program for dairy and beef cattle herds

- care for pig herds

The clinic is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week all year round.

 

The clinic's activities are carried out with the participation of students of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in Olsztyn, student trainees from other Faculties of Veterinary Medicine in Poland and abroad, and foreign students on student exchange.

Every day, a team of doctors and technicians strives to take care of the health and comfort of patients in need with passion and commitment. In addition to internal medicine visits, our clinic offers consultations in the field of exotic animal diseases, dermatology, cardiology, gastroenterology, neurology, dentistry and obstetrics. Additionally, we have access to a computed tomography scanner, a modern ultrasound machine, magnetic resonance imaging and X-ray (on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.) as well as an animal hospital. We can also perform basic morphological and biochemical blood tests on site using an Idexx device. It is also possible to download material for many specialist tests performed in the laboratories of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine.
