In The Department of Internal Medicine are:
Veterinary Dispensary, where are performed a special consultation with internal diseases, with particular emphasis on: neurology, cardiology, gastroenterology, urology and nephrology,

 Mobile Ambulance, and residential treatment facilities for horses and ruminants.

Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory, which is conducting:
  -Detailed analysis of hematology and blood biochemistry,

- Microscopic blood smears,
 

- Analysis of cerebrospinal fluid,

- Blood coagulation tests,

- Urine tests-physical and evaluation of sediment,

- Test serum by ELISA,

- Test for the presence of fecal parasites,

- Wide range of serological tests

- Neurological Laboratory, executing an electrodiagnostic examinations ie Electroencephalography EEG, Brainstem Auditory Evoked Response BAER, Somatosensory Evoked Potentials, Electromyography and Electroneurography,
